Friday 10th July

Good Morning Year 2

Challenge:  Listen to the audio of me reading the morning message.  Can you read along as I speak?

Miss Writer's Morning Message

Today is Friday 10th 2020 and it is nearly the weekend!

Group 1 - I will see you at 9:30am today. Remember to bring a piece of art work that you would like to share.

Group 1:  Friday 9:30am

Luke, Max, James, Kael, Felicity, Sophia, Eliana, Elsie

If you have done all the activities, you have worked really hard. Remember you don’t have to do all the activities and challenges.  Just try your best and have a go.

Check the Mathletics page to see if you have earned a Bronze, Silver or Gold certificate for June.

If your name isn't up there, don't worry. Keep doing Mathletics daily and earning points and you can earn a certificate for the month of July.

Activity 4 - French

Last week you learned about animals with a big nose - avec un gros nez!

This week you are going to learn some more body parts and try your hand at learning the song - head, shoulders knees and toes!  But you've got to sing it quickly!!!

In your books, draw a picture of yourself, a robot or an alien.   Label it with the parts of the body in french:  Head, shoulders, knees, toes (feet).

2)  Now learn the song Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes in French.  Be careful, it gets really, really quick!

Mr Griffin and I hope you have a lovely weekend.  Remember to send in jokes, facts and photographs of all your work.
