Wishing you all a happy and healthy half- term break!
All daily tasks will resume again on Monday 1st June.
Friday 22nd May
Good morning children. Did you get the answers to the questions about the birds? The first bird is called a heron (long legs, pointy beak) and the second is called a cormorant (black feathers, good at fishing). Well done if you got them.
Yesterday, I had to go to school again to see Antonio - our caretaker - to discuss a new facelift we are going to give the playground. Watch this space for picture updates next week. I saw Bruna and a few of the other children, who were all in good spirits and looking forward to their friends joining them back at school soon. Unfortunately, I missed Ryan who wasn't in today. It was his birthday yesterday so I am sure you will all join me in wishing him a belated happy birthday.
Today is the last day of the first summer half term. That means you have 9 days left until we are expected to start the second summer half term. Can anyone work out how many hours this is? I will see some Year 6 children back in school on the 1st June. For any children (Year 5 or 6), who remain at home until the government tell us otherwise, I will still continue to post activities and updates for you on the class page.
Please try to enjoy the half term with your families. Stay well and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
All my best,
Please see below the most recent letter from Miss Pluckrose.
