February 1st - 5th is ‘Child Mental Health Week’
Mental health is all about how healthy you feel in your mind – it is about your feelings, your mood and how you cope with what is happening around you. Being inside a lot, not seeing friends, struggling to do what is asked or expected of you and not being at school can sometimes affect your mood and how you feel. Everyone, even adults, feel a little down or worried sometimes and this is normal. However, it is important to always try to be positive! There are lots of things that you can do to help keep your mind healthy and your feelings positive. Why don’t you try some of the ideas listed here?
