Morning message - 15.06.20

Let’s start our day with a prayer.

Hail Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou amongst women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death.

Tricky Words Song

English: Read the Hamilton story, Superheroes – All Sorts.  Select a favourite superhero, draw them and write captions to go with their picture. Can you think of any everyday superheroes?

Use the conjunction and to join ideas in their sentences. Try using ‘but’.

Maths: Today we are adding using our number facts. Remember when we add we count forward and our answer gets bigger.

Warm up with these fun games by identifying numbers 0-100 on a number square and adding to 20.

PSHE: Today in PSHE we will focus on Health and Wellbeing: Hygiene relating to coronavirus and we will learn how we can keep ourselves safe and healthy.

We can help to keep ourselves and others healthy through social distancing and washing our hands lots. In this lesson we will learn about what social distancing is and how we can do it well. Read through the slides about What is social distancing? and complete the Who is in your bubble? worksheet.
