Morning Prayer - Our Father

Think of 5 ways you can be more like God and Jesus.

Write and say a prayer to God and tell him.

For example:

Dear God,

Jesus looks after everyone, I will help look after my mum/dad/brother/sister

Jesus forgives everyone, I will forgive my mum/dad/brother/sister for…..

Jesus loves everyone, I will love my….

Jesus helps the poor, I will….

Jesus trusts in God, I will pray to you every day…

Amen.

  • Playing with playdough strengthens pencil grip
  • Threading also helps for a better grip – threading laces through a shoe (if you don’t have any other threading resources)
NO new SOUND to learn today:
  1. Recap sounds already learnt
  2. Take time to reflect about what you did over the weekend and be thankful for these things.

  3. Write about what you did over the weekend and draw a picture beside it.

  4. Using your phonics to sound out each word. Spelling words phonetically is still correct!

Parents – can you take a photo of this work or any work so I can put it up on the class page please?

Just a photo of the work so the children’s face won’t appear online.

Thank you
