This week is ‘Mental Health Awareness Week’. The theme this year is KINDNESS. The focus of kindness is a response to the Coronavirus outbreak, which is having a big impact on people's mental health. Some people suffer from anxiety which affects day- to - day life.

Being kind to someone is contagious, it has a positive impact on our mental health, it makes you feel happy and reduces stress and anxiety.
