Good morning Year 1! Today is Wednesday the 22nd of April. How are you all doing today? I hope you got on well with yesterday’s tasks. I’m sure your birthday cards for the Queen looked amazing! We have been having some lovely weather so far this spring. I hope you are able to get outside for some daily exercise. Miss Tanner enjoys going for a short walk, just to get some fresh air.

Daily handwriting and phonics

MATHS - Today's activity focuses on finding 1 more/less of a given number. Remember that more is counting forwards and less is counting backwards.
PSHE: We only have one Earth and it is our job to make sure it stays clean and healthy. There are lots of different parts of the Earth like water, land, animals, atmosphere and humans and we all play an important part in taking care of the Earth. Have you heard of the three R's before?
