Goodbye Year 1AE
Thank you for you kind words and gifts, you are all very generous. I have loved teaching all the children. Have a lovely, relaxing summer and I will see you all in September.

Sarah Bee - Author
On Tuesday 7th March Year 1 were lucky to meet Sarah Bee, author of the children's book 'The Yes'. The children had a workshop with Sarah and the school now has a number of signed copies of the book in our library.
Dulwich Picture Gallery
The children were lucky to go to Dulwich Picture Gallery on Wednesday 8th March. In the morning they attended a workshop and got to paint some abstract pictures. In the afternoon the children received a tour of the gallery and learnt lots about the paintings on show.
The children behaved very well and thanks to Mrs Ridoynauth and Miss Guilfoyle for coming!
Saatchi Art Club
The children have been busy creating a sculpture for the Trafalgar Square Fourth Plinth Schools competition. The sculpture is based on Ansel Krut's painting 'Napoleon on Elba' which you can go and see at the Saatchi Gallery.
