The Night Pirates
We drew pirate ships and wrote sentences to describe them.
Pirate Day
We loved dressing up as pirates! The children looked amazing. We enjoyed making eye patches and dancing to pirate music.
Matisse
We have been learning about the artist Henri Matisse. We learnt about his technique 'drawing with scissors'. We made our own piece of artwork inspired by his famous collage titled 'The Snail'.
Music
Miss Mullen showed the children a variety of instruments. The children got to try playing them!
Choosing Time
This week we have enjoyed reading, the construction area, octons, popoids, the home corner and being outside.
