St Mary's After School Provision Booking Form

Times of after school club: 3:30pm - 6:00pm
Your child/ren must be registered on this booking form in order to attend after school provision. Once registered you must go to your child's Arbor Account to book the days you want your child to attend
The fees are as follows:
- Monday - Friday = £15 per day
- ADHOC/Emergency bookings = £17 per day
- Siblings = £14.50 per day
Please note: Children must be collected by 6:00pm. Parents will be charged £1 late fee per minute which starts at 6:01pm.
Emergency bookings will also need to be booked seperately via the Arbor App
